By accessing the bjlive platform — whether by creating an account, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between bjlive and the player in relation to the player's use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements whether oral or written.
bjlive reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review this document periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
The bjlive platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you have attained the age of 18 years and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Each player may register one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the device, payment method, or email address used — is a breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bjlive reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed through them, and forfeit any balances and bonuses held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering an account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and the email address to be associated with your account. bjlive reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to close accounts where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
bjlive may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the identity, age, address, or source of funds of any account holder. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence for identity and age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated in bjlive's request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted using your login credentials will be treated as activity by the registered account holder, and bjlive accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorised access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
bjlive accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods available in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from accounts or instruments belonging to third parties will be rejected and returned to the originating channel. bjlive does not charge deposit fees for standard mobile wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. bjlive reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed where the associated account has open bonus wagering requirements, a pending account review, or a self-exclusion flag. Withdrawal processing times quoted above are estimates under normal operating conditions and may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on the bjlive platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through Bangladeshi payment channels. Players are responsible for any charges applied by their payment provider in connection with cross-currency transactions, should any arise.
bjlive may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new or existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to: the qualifying deposit or activity required to trigger the bonus; the wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn; the eligible games or bet types that contribute to wagering; and any time limit within which wagering must be completed. bjlive operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, without limitation: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or with a third party to lock in a profit from a bonus ("arbitrage" or "bonus hunting"); employing automated scripts or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, bjlive will cancel the bonus and all associated winnings, close any implicated accounts, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
bjlive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not prejudice any player who has already fulfilled all qualifying conditions for that promotion prior to the withdrawal or modification.
All bets and wagers placed on bjlive are subject to the product-specific rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the matter to which they specifically relate.
In the event that a sports fixture is cancelled, postponed without a specified rescheduled date, or otherwise rendered void by circumstances beyond bjlive's control, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. Where a fixture is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bjlive reserves the right to settle bets on the rescheduled fixture rather than voiding them.
Where an odds price or game payout value is published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — bjlive reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to affected players. bjlive will not be obligated to settle bets at a manifestly incorrect price.
bjlive may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, individual games, or individual withdrawal events. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed within the relevant product section or on the Finance / Wallet page. bjlive will not be liable to pay any winnings that exceed the published maximum limit applicable to a given bet or game session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjlive platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the bjlive platform shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction under which bjlive operates.
